Schedule Your Consultation

Your journey begins with a consultation at our office. During this visit, we’ll take a CBCT scan to assess the condition of your teeth and bone structure. You’ll also meet with one of our experienced treatment coordinators to discuss your medical history, treatment options, and estimated costs.

If your treatment plan qualifies and you are a good candidate for dental implants, we will begin verifying your insurance coverage. We provide a free benefits check to determine if your plan may help cover your procedure.

Review Out-of-Pocket Costs

Once we receive your insurance information, we will provide an estimated out-of-pocket cost. With your approval, we’ll move forward with the next steps.

  • You’ll complete a medical exam with Dr. Coelho.
  • A telemedicine consultation will also be conducted to review your medical history and ensure eligibility.
